Environmental and Sustainability
Bambrella takes great pride in being a certified holder of the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) scheme, an accreditation that reflects our deep-rooted commitment to sustainability and responsible resource management. Since 2008, the FSC has been certifying bamboo forests, ensuring that they are managed with the utmost care to protect biodiversity, local communities, and natural wildlife. By working exclusively with FSC-certified forests, Bambrella guarantees that our bamboo comes from well-managed and environmentally conscious sources, allowing us to play our part in preserving vital ecosystems. We believe that bamboo, as one of the world’s fastest-growing and most renewable resources, must be cultivated in a way that benefits both nature and society. For us, sustainability is not just a choice but a responsibility—one that extends across every level of our production process, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished parasols that embody durability, elegance, and environmental respect.
At the same time, Bambrella ensures that the materials used in producing our parasols are 100% recyclable, making a tangible difference in reducing waste and pollution. As a responsible manufacturer, we are committed to minimizing the environmental impact of our operations while upholding the highest standards of welfare and labor practices. By collaborating with international partners who share these values, and through our associations with organizations such as LOFA, WIPO, and the WWF Business Club, we continue to strengthen our role in promoting sustainable practices. Ultimately, our mission is to conserve biodiversity, encourage responsible use of resources, and contribute to lowering global carbon emissions for a healthier planet.
