New for 2026! The Bambrella Maestro cantilever! Available in a natural bamboo frame or aluminium, which can also be powder coated/anodized in different colours as well as a wood finish. The Maestro canopy sizes will be available up to 4m square, 4m round and 3x4m rectangle. This Cantilever has a cutting edge design with unique details never seen before.
The Bambrella Maestro is designed and made with particular attention to detail, it can be vertically tilted to around 45 degrees and has a 360 degree rotating heavy duty base to sustain the reinforced frame and pole. It looks great on any patio, terrace, lawn or next to the pool!

Details
In just a few months from its launch, the NEW Bambrella MAESTRO has established itself as a reliable 4m cantilever parasol, highly sought after in the hospitality industry, where smaller and lighter umbrellas are simply not enough. With its large 4 metre canopy, the new Bambrella MAESTRO cantilever parasol is a great choice for every garden, terrace or commercial setting. An umbrella that both shades and comfortably shelters up to 16sq metres and it can be easily rotated and positioned at any angle, allowing you to enjoy maximum sun protection throughout the day.
Operation
After you’ve finished the assembly part (see ‘Attachments’ tab for guide), operating this cantilever is extremely easy:
Opening and adjusting the cantilever parasol:
Unstrap the securing band of the canopy, press the handle (1) and move the vertical slider upwards about 50 cm, until the canopy distances itself from the side pole, and release the handle. Turn the crank-handle (2) clockwise until the cover is completely unfolded. Using the slider (1), adjust the vertical tilt until it reaches the desired position. The foot pedal (3) is meant to secure the pole and canopy so the wind won’t spin it. To rotate the sunshade around the pole on its axis, just press the foot pedal (3), turn the umbrella and release the pedal.
Closing the parasol:
To close the parasol, start turning the crank handle (2) in counter clockwise direction and the canopy will slowly collapse. Press and pull down the slider’s handle (3) and bind the strap after the umbrella is closed.
Materials Used
Frame and Pole – the new Bambrella MAESTRO has a reinforced side pole, frame and ribs to make it more resistant against stronger winds. Its sleek and elegant design is made from durable aluminium alloy, and comes in a powder-coated graphite grey colour.
Canopy – The Bamcrylic material used is a high-quality acrylic fabric designed for UV blocking (UPF 50+), is water repellent and can highlight your outdoor area with a print that guarantees your brand’s logo (or chosen colour) will be seen and remembered. This large garden & commercial parasol has a robust design and is built with high grade materials to resist all types of weather. We always recommend keeping the parasol closed and secured when not in use. All parts are interchangeable and the canopy can easily be replaced replace the parasol canopy in just a few minutes.
Canopy Shapes and Sizes
The Bambrella Maestro was designed with 2 shapes and canopy sizes: 3m x 4m Rectangular frame and canopy, ideal for narrow terraces or longer outdoor dining tables and a large Square shape of 4m x 4m canopy size for this large cantilever parasol.

Fixing and securing
Before choosing the right type of fixing and securing option, first you have to consider the place where the parasol will be installed. Will it remain there or do you intend to move it? There are only 2 possibilities – permanent fixing and non-permanent.
Permanent fixing – In-ground base: This system needs to be buried into the ground about 60cm deep (we recommend setting it in concrete for maximum stability). It’s the strongest and lowest cost solution available if your cantilever will remain permanently in that place. It has a rotating bracket so you’ll still be able to rotate the parasol 360 degrees around the base.
Non-permanent fixing – Steel frame base: The steel frame base can have caster wheels to be easily moved and it can reach up to 240kg with 8 tiles x 30kg each. The tiles are made from concrete and the rotating bracket is included.

Canopy Materials
Bamcrylic® Parasol Cover Material
Bamcrylic Acrylic is the industry standard for hotels, restaurants and any other hospitality location.
Bamcrylic offers customers:
- A Acrylic which has been through a process called solution dying, a technique used to add colour to a synthetic fibre.
- A solution dyed canopy colouring through all layers of the Acrylic thread, guaranteeing more vibrant, longer lasting colour.
- A high-level of resistance to fading from direct sunlight.
- A canopy which offers good stain resistance and water repellence.
- An affordable canopy which provides resistance to all weather conditions.
- A canopy which delivers a *UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) of at least 50.
*UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor), Indicates the fraction of the sun’s ultraviolet rays that penetrate fabric. Example, Material with a UPF of 50, allows just 1/50th of the sun’s UV radiation to reach your skin. The higher the UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor), the greater the protection offered.
Acrylic Canopy Cover Material
The standard, piece dyed Acrylic is the entry level parasol canopy and one you will find most commonly on parasols available on the high street. The standard Acrylic is a great option if you’re working on a budget. While it only comes with a 1 year warranty, if looked after, it should last well beyond that. Acrylic offers customers:
- Acrylic is a strong fibre, resistant to creasing and keeps its shape.
- Acrylic is piece dyed meaning the thread is only coloured on the outside of the canopy, like a radish!
- Offers an affordable alternative to Bamcrylic
- Shade Specialists only offer Acrylic covers in two natural colours, beige and natural as darker, stronger colours would be more susceptible to fading over time.
Recasens RECacril® Parasol Cover Material
The acrylic recasens material is the rolls Royce of canopies. Made from strong, hard wearing acrylic material. The recasens canopy offers the top level of protection from the elements Recasens offers customers:
- A high-performance acrylic fabric of the very highest quality.
- The very best water resistance and protection from the sun.
- A matieral used extensively in the boating and marine industries for its strength and durability.
- An Ultraviolet Protection Factor (UPF) of up to +80 according to international standard UV 801.
- Low reactivity and high stability offering long lasting protection against mold, plus excellent water and oil repellence.
- An effective sunscreen as they filter a high percentage of ultraviolet radiation.
